• Responsible for tracking and managing marketing collateral, logistics, and assets while ensuring easy accessibility of documentation.
• Responsible maintain and update databases, supporting telemarketing activities and targeted campaign segmentation.
• Monitor and ensure effectiveness of all resources in achieving marketing target.
• Assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage marketing databases, marketing automation systems, and campaign tracking tools while tracking campaign performance metrics (MQL).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for seamless marketing execution.
• Manage event registration, logistics, and attendee communication.
• Liaise with relevant agency & suppliers to produce marketing events and collateral, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
