Job Description:
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Designing and presenting IT solutions that align with customer needs
- Conducting product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof of concept sessions
- Responding to technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs and preparing detailed proposals
- Providing technical guidance and support during the sales cycle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Offering post-sales support and technical backup as needed
- Staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experienced in IT Networking and Cyber Security Product min. 3 years, and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills such as presenting product
