Job Description
- Install, configure, and test systems or software according to the project requirements and technical specifications
- Provide technical assistance during implementation phases and resolve any system or application issues.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, and project reports.
- Provide technical support during and after the implementation process.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation, including installation guides, configuration manuals, and testing reports
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions for stakeholders.
- Provide sharing session for end-users and client IT teams on how to operate the new solutions effectively
- Provide technical assistance during maintenance.
- Obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
Requirements:
- Graduated from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 3.0.
- Experienced in working field with Coding/Programming, Networking, or Security for minimum 2 years
- Good communication skills - actively report
- Good in English both verbal and written
- Male or Female are welcome
