Job Description
- Support customer deployments of Pentera and Vectra solutions or similar platform.
- Provide technical guidance, onboarding, and training for clients
- Collaborate with SOC teams to improve detection and response strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and maintenance.
- Document best practices and create technical reports for customers.
- Document findings, provide actionable recommendations, and support security posture improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective product utilization.
- Obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, SOC operations, or penetration testing.
- Strong knowledge of network security, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with security tools (Pentera, Vectra, or similar platforms preferred).
- Familiarity with network security, vulnerability management, and SOC workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Skills Required
- Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 2 years experience in coding/programming, networking, or security
- Good communication skills, able to actively report
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
