Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a Unilever strategic project which allows to make informed decisions based upon where there is a turnover growth or decline in order to maximize the allocation of resources to return organic growth to Unilever. NRM applies strategic financial analysis across 5 levers (brand portfolio – demand space & pricing, pack price architecture, mix management, promotion management and trade spend translation) to enable Unilever maximize revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Do business diagnostics and provide solution for incremental growth via Net Revenue Management methodology and multiple data sources (internal and external)
- Work closely with local cross-functional team for analysis and alignment with Category Business team on proposals including white space initiatives, size of prizes, investment allocation, implementation plan, tracking and delivery.
- Manage project progress and timely delivery;
- Work with regional NRM team and other countries’ local team for knowledge sharing, benchmarking and best practice learning.
Skills and experience required:
- University graduate in business administration, economics or finance;
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in FMCG industry and at least 1 year experience at managerial level;
- Experience in Consumer Market Insight, Consumer Research, Trade category management or Finance (business partnering) is preferred;
- Strongly analytical and critical thinking;
- Good communication and articulation, able to handle business discussion independently;
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint, able to deal with big data effectively and efficiently;
- Positive and resilient to work under pressure of project nature

- Local category business unit team (Marketing, Customer Development, CMI, Finance);
- Global GTM teams (Marketing, NRM, CD)
