Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. NPI Manager located in Dongguan.
What a typical day looks like:
- Handle manufacturing process and equipment for NPI and MP
- Process SPC, lean, six sigma knowledges with data analysis and correlation knowledges
- Guide and train engineers and technician with solid team work spirit
- Projects assigned and lead the project team to meet targets predefined
- Monitor and manage BOM loading, materials availability, trial run builds, and samples delivery
- Contact window with Customer in overall activities.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing/ process/ engineering
- At least 8 years or above Manufacturing engineering with ODM/EMS background
- Command good written and spoken English and mandarin
- Good Power point presentation skills
- Good communication skills
