The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a NPI Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leads cross-functional project team(s) to successful completion of new product development projects. This might include multiple projects with a single high risk / high opportunity project at any given time.
- Implements differing techniques and methods to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to solve complex problems.
- Determines resources, expenses, budgets, and contracts.
- Supports communication plans and executes them across the business to assure stakeholders stay up to date.
- Collaborate with business management, project team members, division management to refine project scope and oversees development and completion of project plans.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, science, marketing, business administration or related discipline
- Three (3) years of experience working in a position supporting new product introduction projects
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience leading globalcross-functional teams
- Microsoft Office and Project proficient
- Experience with New Product Introduction Process and Executing Gate Reviews, or other Phase-Gate Process
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood at least 2 days per week)
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
