The Role

Job Description

Core responsibilities

Project Manager (PM) role is important part of the Novelty Development process. Focusing on delivery the main SMP, Automation, Improvement projects of Packing from the initiating phase to delivering/closing phase.
Project Manager mostly collaborate in projects linked with the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing with providing information to stakeholder (global and local).

  • Delivery and support of multiple projects on brief, on time and to the agreed budget – using project management methodologies appropriate to successful completion.

  • Track project timelines, tasks, deliverables and dependencies across all projects.

  • Calendarization and coordination of full schedule of asks across platforms based on inputs from multiple stakeholders.

  • Identify and manage risks and effectively communicate to team members. Escalate larger concerns as needed to project stakeholders to address.

  • Facilitate meetings with wide range of stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements and review work. Support team as needed in meetings.

  • Provide status reports to all team members to maintain expectations on current and anticipated future projects.

  • Provide clear, concise communication with all recipients of work to facilitate accurate and timely final execution.

  • Handling conflicts in negotiation with some guidance.

  • Work independently with advanced knowledge, tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation

  • May managing ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues

Do you have what it takes:

  • 5+ years in engineering and project management
    area

  • (preferably in global environment due to daily communication in foreign language, dealing with different cultures, working across time zones)

  • Degree in engineering (M&E)

  • Willingness to travel up to 15 days / year.

  • Written and spoken fluency is absolute must as English is company language and is used in daily communication.

  • Self-driven, communicative and curious

  • Work in a structured and independent way, have holistic view, analyze.
