You are responsible for the introduction of new products from an Operations point of view, ensuring seamless integration into production, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and optimizing processes for efficient and successful product launches and product revisions
Job Description
- Be a member of the “Product Ownership Team (POT)” to drive development roadmap from an operations point of view together with Product Management and Technology department
- Take ownership of all operational aspects along our product development stage gate process and ensure on-time availability for all deliverables
- Be responsible for all activities touching Operations to support product roadmap and act as the gatekeeper between all functions within Operations and the POT
- Collect information and improvement potentials and actively influence product development roadmap
- Ensure an efficient, timely and successful product launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- At least 5-8 year experience in Project Management in operations (production, procurement, supply chain)
- Strong analytical skills combined with conceptual thinking and ideally a technical background
- Open-minded and target oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Team player, good networker with strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Master’s degree in operations/ machinery/business administration/ Engineering or equivalent educational level
- PMI certification for Project Management capabilities or equivalent
