To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a NPI Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role involves responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources for the delivery of products and services according to the client´s requirements, adding value to Flex and its customers.
• Manage the financials of the operation to meet the internal goals and minimize the risk to flex ensuring compliance with the contract and agreements on multiple accounts.
• Support in identifying the needs of the client; to negotiate terms of its implementation and transmit them to the operation of the project.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience on NPI methodologies and implementation.
• Experience in similar position with experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering).
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish).
• P&L administration & Quotations.
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Project Management experience.
• People management.
• MBA & PMP certification is also a plus.
