Responsibilities

About the role:

Lead a team of experienced and innovative engineers, driving excellence in product readiness and execution. Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to successfully introduce new products across the company’s portfolio, while serving as a key contributor within the global operations organization.


Qualifications

Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of managerial experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience within an engineering department, including leading project management and NPI activities, and guiding multidisciplinary products from development through production. 
  • Strong understanding of NPI processes along with manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing, contract manufacturers/OEMs, supplier quality, and other cross‑functional areas required to ensure successful commercialization of both new and existing products. 
  • Experience working with an Engineering PLM system. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English—including verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels, from peers to senior leadership. 
  • Experience with Safety and Environmental regulations, such as UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, and others.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Engineering.

  • Multi-culture  experience in a global organization

  • Familiarity with the Video Surveillance industry – an advantage.
  • Familiar with SBOMs and SW fulfillment operations
