Job Description

As an NPD Project Specialist, you will lead the project management of Pinnacle product initiatives from idea through to launch. 

Working across creative, commercial & production functions - you will manage projects through Adobe Workfront with teams and ensure projects are set up correctly from day 1 and follow agreed ways of working.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Leadership of cross functional teams on NPD/EPD/MC projects & agreed strategic initiatives to meet project KPIs. 
  • Lead regular project WIP meetings, ensuring project status is kept up to date. 
  • Move to get projects into Pinnacle process for the benefit of our teams - providing visibility of requirements to key team members & stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate completion of new product briefs, oversight of product costs & stage gate papers with accountable team members.
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory, quality & sustainability standards.
  • Manage projects through our project management platform Adobe Workfront - champion its success & lead further improvement in its capability. 
  • Escalation of project risks and issues to management in timely manner.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Business or Science Degree or qualifications in project management.
  • 2 Years+ in project management, preferable within the Drinks industry.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging, product development & end to end supply chain functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to balance multiple conflicting deadlines and dependencies.

Skills Required

  • Business or Science degree, or project management qualifications
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Project management experience within the drinks industry
  • Strong knowledge of packaging, product development, and end-to-end supply chain functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including project risk identification and mitigation
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines and dependencies
