Job Posting – Analyst, NPA Platform Support & Reporting
Job Description
The NPA Platform team is seeking an Analyst to support the day-to-day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the New Product Assessment (NPA) platform. This role provides operational and analytical support across quality control, reporting, user support, and platform administration activities that are critical to maintaining an effective control environment. The responsibilities align with ongoing NPA quality control, reporting, dashboard, training, and control activities documented across current NPA processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Control (QC) reviews on NPA initiatives to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
- Execute data integrity and control checks to support data quality and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly metrics, reporting, and management information.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards that provide visibility into platform performance, process health, and key trends.
- Support user onboarding, access mapping, training, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting documentation.
- Support audit, governance, and regulatory requests through timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist with tool enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and the development of new controls and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with reporting, metrics, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting control, governance, operational risk, or business management processes is preferred.
