Licensure/Certification Qualifications:PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
The Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. The NP or PA will provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and caring for patients ranging in age. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.

Team is comprised of the following: 1 MD, 3 RN’s, 2 CMA’s, 1 Advanced Practice Clinician (APC-this position)
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
No Holidays, No Call
Estimated Patients per day will be 12-14 once fully trained
EDUCATION:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota (if NP) Current certification in CPR. National certification, in applicable area. Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
