We prioritize client care, safety, and education in a dynamic, client-focused environment. We're seeking a motivated Lead Nurse to oversee our nursing team and ensure operational excellence.


As the Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, staff development, and client relations. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and administrative acumen to maintain high standards of care in our infusion center. You'll lead by example, fostering a knowledgeable team while ensuring smooth scheduling, inventory management, and client follow-up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational PowerPoints and training sessions for staff on vitamins, peptides, and related infusion therapies to ensure team competency and compliance with best practices.
  • Create and manage nurses' schedules to optimize staffing levels, coverage, and work-life balance.
  • Oversee monthly inventory processes, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Conduct follow-up with client's post-treatment to assess outcomes, address concerns, and promote repeat visits or additional services.
  • Supervise IV infusion procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the center's management on quality improvement initiatives, staff performance evaluations, and operational enhancements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and coordinating with vendors or healthcare partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ, with at least 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursing; experience in IV therapy, wellness, or infusion centers preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vitamins, peptides, and nutritional therapies; certification in IV therapy.  holistic health knowledge a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team training, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client follow-up and staff education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
