We’re looking for experienced Linguist Reviewers to help refine and elevate language data by evaluating and enhancing synonyms, word groupings, and phrasing.

MAIN DUTIES

- Evaluate lists of synonyms and related phrases for accuracy, appropriateness, and naturalness.

- Identify linguistic errors, awkward phrasing, or incorrect usage and suggest corrections.

- Generate improved or alternative synonyms that better match intended meanings.

- Provide insightful linguistic feedback to improve language quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with project managers and fellow linguists to meet quality standards and deadlines.

PROJECT DETAILS

Start Date: Immediately after completing the training process

Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

Location: Remote

Language: Norwegian

Pay Rate: $35/hour

REQUIREMENTS

Background in linguistics, translation, copyediting, or related fields
Proficient in English
Strong knowledge of synonyms, semantics, and contextual meaning
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow linguistic guidelines
Previous experience with linguistic QA or content reviewing is a plus
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
