iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As North Europe Junior Brand Lead VIE within our agile North Europe Franchise Team, you’ll be the go-to person when it comes to operational development of marketing material and campaigns, and a strong contributor in marketing activities in the launches of new products as well as for the existing product portfolio.

Main responsibilities:
- Develops marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital projects in collaboration with local teams and external agencies.
- Plans and executes omnichannel marketing activities and customer journeys in close collaboration with North Europe Brand Leads.
- Schedules and facilitates cross-functional team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Analyzes sales and marketing reports and serves as our go-to person on the topic.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration and communication, optimizing support across functions and countries within the region.
- Ensures efficient and compliant local operations by strictly adhering to global, local, and Sanofi Vaccines policies, procedures, and the Company Code of Ethics.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in pharma industry is considered a very strong plus.
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Previous experience with photo and video editing- and digital design tools is a strong preference.
- Team player with ability to engage people & collaborate transversally.
- A digital mindset, ability to utilize new channels in an effective and impactful way.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Languages:
- Advanced English knowledge.
