The Portfolio Planning Manager is responsible for developing strategic analyses and business recommendations that maximize Stellantis market share, unlock new revenue opportunities, and improve profitability while optimizing investment. The Portfolio Planning Manager must possess the technical competence to evaluate vehicle architectures, powertrains, and emerging technologies while challenging conventional thinking and developing innovative portfolio alternatives. The selected candidate will synthesize diverse inputs into concise, persuasive narratives and present recommendations to senior leadership across Brand, Product Design Office, Engineering, and Finance. These recommendations will support governance decisions and shape Stellantis’ long-range product plans.
This role collaborates extensively with a broad network of internal and external partners, including Product Development, Architecture Engineering, Program Management, Design, Brand, Finance, and Market Intelligence teams. The Portfolio Planning Manager will be expected to bring together data, research, customer insights, and business considerations into a unified point of view that helps guide strategic decisions throughout the organization.
