As our Nordics Marketing Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting commercial success across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. This is a fixed term contract position running until April 2027. 

What will you be doing? 

In this role, you will be at the heart of activity across the Nordic Orthopaedics business. From coordinating impactful events to delivering high quality marketing materials, your work will support the sales organisation and ensure smooth execution of both commercial and educational initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the region, bringing structure, creativity and precision to everything you do. 

You will take ownership of event planning and execution, from exhibitions to medical education programmes, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. At the same time, you will support the creation and localisation of marketing materials, helping to deliver clear, compliant and engaging communications. Your role will also involve managing digital tools and platforms, coordinating projects, and ensuring all activities meet high compliance and quality standards.

  • Experience in marketing support, sales support, event coordination or a similar administrative role 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and functions 

  • A proactive, detail oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement 

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is DKK 470,750 - DKK 706,000 annually. 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but 
not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic 
location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job 
architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
