Your tasks

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, representing software in the Nordic leadership team and ensuring every solution we deliver brings value, efficiency, and reliability to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Nordic software organization, building an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing cross-country team.
Define and execute the software strategy and roadmap, ensuring diverse perspectives inform decision-making.
Drive software sales, deliver high-quality solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction with fairness, accessibility, and inclusivity in mind.
Act as the Nordic point of contact for the central Kardex software organization, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Establish structured and consistent processes for software delivery and support, promoting equitable opportunities and recognition for all team members.
Work closely with commercial, service, and technical teams to align business and technology goals while valuing diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives.
Your profile
Who You Are
You bring structure, drive, and trusted relationships, combining strong technical and commercial judgment. You thrive in cross-border environments, turn strategy into action, and lead people and priorities through complexity.
What You Bring
Proven leadership in software or technology-driven business.
Strong understanding of the software lifecycle, from requirements to support.
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, CRM, cloud platforms, and APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and countries.
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
Core Traits
Structured, result-oriented, confident, and a natural relationship builder.
Nice to Have
Experience in software sales, international matrix organizations, or leading remote/cross-border teams. Additional certification or education in software management is a plus.
