JOIN THE NORDIC BPC TEAM
Do you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and creativity are key? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product and Innovation Project Manager to join our team on a temporary contract (12 months). This role focuses on managing our portfolio projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of portfolio projects.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Manage and oversee product innovation projects aimed at building the local portfolio for global leading brands.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, CSP, R&D, supply chain, and finance.

Ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.

Maintain clear and consistent communication across all teams to align information and objectives.

Handle administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the projects.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Experiences & Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within a dynamic work environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Driven by operational excellence and attention to detail.

Experience with Product and Innovation (P&I) is a plus.
