Content Manager (substitute)

Clear content plays a key role in how customers experience If and how our business grows. We’re now looking for a substitute Content Manager with a strong customer mindset to take ownership of our digital customer experiences across the Nordics.
About the role
This role is about more than writing. You’ll take ownership of how commercial customers are guided through our digital channels when buying insurance.
You’ll work hands‑on with content, shaping end‑to‑end buying journeys and improving them continuously based on insights, data and experimentation. In a cross‑functional squad, you’ll collaborate with designers, developers and other specialists to shape digital experiences that are clear, easy to navigate and valuable for both customers and the business.
You’ll also be part of our Content & Communications chapter, where people with similar expertise support each other, share knowledge and develop content and communication skills across the Nordics.
This role suits someone who enjoys breaking down complex topics, taking responsibility for the customer perspective and improving experiences together with others.
What you’ll work on
Develop and manage website content across the Nordics, with a primary focus on Sweden
Take ownership of content in commercial customer journeys from understanding customer needs to improving conversion and clarity
Improve structure, clarity, tone of voice and usability across pages and flows
Work hands‑on with SEO and content discoverability to ensure the right content is easy to find
Use insights, data and testing to continuously improve content performance and customer experience

You have experience working with content and enjoy turning complexity into clarity. You understand how content contributes to customer value, business goals and end‑to‑end digital experiences.

Must have
Experience in content management, digital content, copywriting or editorial work
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear sense of structure, clarity, and UX
Experience working with websites and digital customer journeys
Interest in SEO, content optimisation and continuous improvement
Solid project management skills
Native-level Swedish writing skills
Fluency in English, as it’s our working language
Nice to have
Knowledge of digital accessibility
Experience with conversion optimisation
Background in UX writing
