What You'll Do

Reports to: Business Unit Director, Bracing & Support
Role Overview
As Nordic Bid & Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful tender outcomes and pricing strategies across all Nordic countries and business units. This hands-on position is ideal for someone eager to deepen their understanding of international marketing, sales, and tender operations. You’ll proactively shape tender lifecycle processes, optimize pricing, and collaborate closely with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Nordic tender opportunities (e.g., Mercell)
• Track and analyze local price points using Power BI
• Support GMs and BU leads with tender and pricing insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Lead tender projects through full lifecycle management
• Follow up on submitted tenders and document outcomes
• Build and maintain a database of tender decisions and submissions
• Act as super user for purchasing portals and future internal/external systems
• Assist Customer Service with Oracle data related to pricing and agreements
• Support BU leads and Customer Service with price administration and adjustments
•Develop strong relationships with purchasers across both public and private sectors in the Nordics
•Provide analytical and strategic market insights to BU leads
•Maintain close, proactive contact with Nordic field sales teams and internal stakeholders
•Deliver high-quality work within tight tender release timelines
