As a Non-Volatile Memory Managed NAND (mNAND) QRA Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating Quality and Reliability testing as well as collecting and reporting on data on failures generated during testing. You will perform initial verification of mNAND failures generated from AQL sampling, reliability testing on automatic test equipment (ATE), as well as customer-returned products. You will also correlate failure information to Backend test results and record test results in a database. In this role you will work with various QRA Engineering groups to receive instructions and communicate results and will coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Coordinate batching of samples for Reliability testing/ Parallel Processing
- Gather failure information/background, backend test history
- Coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.
- Operate specified test equipment (Magnum5, Advantest, and internal Micron testers)
- Prepare samples and test setups required for evaluations.
- Perform re-balling activities when required
- Perform 1 st level failure verification
- Perform Benchtop analysis, IV analysis
- Support engineer/manager requests as when required
- Manage product logistics and inventory tracking for QRA customer returned and reliability samples.
- Record test results and determine fail type (electrical, functional)
- Generate failure summary in a database - log failure mode, including IDD values, fail location via bit map, failing registers, failing pin information, FID information.
- Using and applying AI tools in course of work
Experience:
- Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior role
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Requirements:
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Able to work in shift if required.
- Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and operations teams.
- Proficiency in word/data processing software like excel, word.
