Job DescriptionJoin LEONI's Non-Production Procurement team and support purchasing activities for indirect goods and services in an international environment. As a Procurement Specialist, you will ensure the efficient processing of purchase orders, collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contribute to smooth procurement operations across the organization.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Review approved purchase requisitions to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing
- Validate purchase requisitions in line with global and local procurement standards and RFQ requirements
- Create purchase orders and coordinate the approval and release process
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain purchase order confirmations and ensure timely responses
- Monitor purchase order fulfillment, including delivery dates, quantities and quality requirements
- Follow up on open purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closure of completed orders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support efficient procurement operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, data quality and operational efficiency
What do we expect from you?
- Secondary school or university degree (Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar)
- Previous experience in administration, procurement, purchasing or customer support is an advantage
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- English at minimum B2 level
- German, French, Italian - a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in an international environment
- Proactive, reliable and structured approach to work

Basic gross guaranteed salary: 1400 EUR/Brutto
