Together, these values guide us to align people management strategies with the group's values, promoting well-being, productivity, and talent retention.What are the responsibilities of the position?You will be a professional working on the front line of operational risk management. You will work at the local and regional level (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico). The analyst will be responsible for performing daily processes, such as: managing internal controls and action plans, assessing and monitoring incidents related to the company's main risks, conducting risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), administering the business continuity plan (BCP) program, analyzing and implementing new policies, and bringing constructive challenges to the first line of defense in the company's areas. It is important for the analyst to have previous experience in risk frameworks, for example, risk mapping, business continuity, and new product evaluation.The analyst will assist the coordinator in monitoring operational incidents, presenting to committees, and collecting/organizing indicators (KPIs/KRIs).Advanced/fluent English writing, reading, and speaking skills are essential, as many emails and meetings are in English.In addition to technical skills, this professional must have soft skills such as critical thinking, resilience, commitment to deliveries and deadlines, organization of deliverables, autonomy to understand the company's processes and systems, reporting to the coordinator and director.We need someone with:Technical aspects:- Experience with internal controls (monitoring, management, execution, evaluation).
- Experience in risk frameworks (mapping, evaluation, classification).
- Experience in monitoring action plans.
- Advanced Excel (Office Package), including knowledge and use of formulas, pivot tables, graphs, etc
- Complete graduation.
- Postgraduate / Risk-related courses (desirable).
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Critical thinking is essential.
- Resilience.
- Creativity, bringing new ideas on how to make it all happen.
- Organization.
- Meet deadlines.
- Assertive communication with the areas and with the managers / directors.
- Autonomy to understand processes and systems.
