Job DescriptionThe candidate must be located in Ireland, applications of those residing outside of Ireland will not be considered.
BwB is seeking a Non-Executive Director to join the company's board. This role will offer an independent perspective on company activities to provide insight on possibilities for enhanced decision-making. This role will advise Senior Management on how to enable further development of the company in Ireland, which will require a constructive working relationship with Senior Management.
The current time commitment for this role is approximately 2 hours per quarter.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services, investment banking, or a closely related field
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services; prior ESG or sustainability experience is essential
- Demonstrable understanding of board governance, fiduciary duties and leadership at senior level
- Familiarity with Ireland's financial, regulatory or business environment is an advantage
