Role Summary
Seeking a proactive NOC + SOC Analyst (L1)
to monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to infrastructure and security alerts.
The role will support network, cloud, endpoint, and security operations while
ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network, cloud, server, and security environments using
monitoring and SIEM tools.
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of operational and
security incidents.
- Analyze alerts from firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, VPN, and cloud
platforms.
- Create, update, and manage incidents through ITSM tools.
- Escalate critical incidents and security events to L2 teams as
per defined procedures.
- Support incident response, service restoration, and shift
handovers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing &
Switching.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, and
AWS.
- Understanding of SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewall, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint
Security concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk,
Microsoft Sentinel, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar monitoring platforms.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity threats, log analysis, and
incident management.
Preferred Certifications
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- SC-900 / Security+
- AZ-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner
- CCNA (Preferred)
- Zscaler Foundations Certification (Added Advantage)

Skills Required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
