NOC Engineer (Infrastructure)

Job Summary
The NOC Engineer serves as a key escalation point within the Network Operations Center, handling complex infrastructure support issues and owning tickets through resolution. This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting, proactive environment management, and accurate documentation to ensure stable and reliable customer environments.
- Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated NOC tickets and drive issues to resolution - Troubleshoot and support Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Support Windows and/or Linux server environments
- Maintain clear and detailed ticket documentation and provide regular updates
- Proactively review customer environments and identify risks or SPOFs
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Participate in change control and on-call rotation
- Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in a NOC, Network, or Infrastructure support role - Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies
- Experience supporting server environments (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on night shift (EST)
