• Operate gaming tables and equipment, deal cards, manage bets, and pay out winnings accurately.
• Monitor the gaming floor to enforce house rules, detect irregularities, and ensure a safe environment.
• Provide courteous customer service, explain game rules, resolve patron questions and handle disputes professionally.
• Process cash transactions, tokens, and vouchers; reconcile tills and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Report and document incidents, discrepancies, suspected fraud, or suspicious activity to supervisors.
• Participate in required training, collaborate with security and management, and follow regulatory and internal procedures.

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
• Strong numeracy skills and proven cash-handling accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to pass background/security screening and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
