Provide client-centred occupational therapy assessment and interventions to support independence in daily living, work, and leisure activities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation plans and adaptive strategies.

Main Duties- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning using standardized tools and clinical observation.
- Develop individualized intervention plans with measurable goals focused on improving occupational performance and participation.
- Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques, adaptive strategies, and assistive technologies.
- Recommend, fit, and facilitate access to adaptive equipment and environmental or ergonomic modifications.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, educators, family members, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures; review and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Degree in occupational therapy (e.g., BScOT, MOT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Registration or licensure with the appropriate provincial or territorial regulatory body permitting practice as an occupational therapist.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience providing occupational therapy services in settings such as rehabilitation, community, acute care, or pediatrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, intervention planning, assistive devices, and home or workplace modifications.
- Proficiency in English for clinical documentation and communication; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, use electronic health systems, and travel between client sites as required.
