Provide comprehensive dental care through diagnosis, treatment, and prevention for patients across the lifespan. Work closely with dental staff to maintain high standards of clinical care, safety, and patient comfort.

• Conduct oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions.
• Administer local anesthesia, prescribe medications, and manage acute dental pain and infections.
• Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic tests; maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Provide oral health education and preventive care guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants and external specialists; ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Current registration and license to practice dentistry with the applicable provincial or territorial dental regulatory authority.
• Clinical experience in general dentistry; recent graduates who meet licensing requirements will be considered.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR and familiarity with dental emergency protocols.
• Experience using dental practice management software, digital radiography, and electronic health records.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet workplace infection control and immunization policies.
