The role
Join Headout’s dynamic No-code development team in Bangalore as our Lead, where you'll work with the Central Program Management team to enhance our operational efficiency using no-code tools like Retool. In this critical role, you will directly manage a talented team of developers, collaborating closely with the heads of central programs to solve complex operational problems and drive innovation. You'll play a key part in integrating AI into our tools, working with our data and engineering teams to implement industry best practices. Be a part of building the backbone of Headout’s rapidly scaling operations. The role is based in Bengaluru.

What skills & experience do you need?
- 3-4 years of demonstrated expertise in a No-Code Developer capacity with a proven track record of managing and leading development teams.
- Deep understanding of no-code development platforms and their functionalities, with proficiency in developing and customizing applications to specific needs.
- Extensive familiarity with backend technologies and APIs for seamless integration of data sources and services into applications.
- Proven hands-on experience with database systems and proficiency in data management within no-code environments.
- Strong leadership and advanced problem-solving aptitude, adept at transforming business needs into efficient and scalable applications.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster effective teamwork and engage stakeholders across various departments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch solutions aligned with user expectations.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in integrating AI into operational tools.
