NLP & LLM Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced NLP & LLM Engineer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relevant technologies, be passionate about application development, and enjoy working in a collaborative and agile environment.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our core applications, contributing both to backend and frontend systems. If you thrive on problem-solving and are excited about working with modern technologies, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize NLP models, including LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Implement retrieval systems (e.g., FAISS, ElasticSearch, Pinecone).
• Build and deploy scalable NLP applications and pipelines.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP and AI.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy).
• Understanding of LLMs, tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.

Nice-to-Have: 

• Knowledge of RAG techniques and vector databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
