NLP Intern

Interns work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The selected intern will work alongside our global team to further develop NLP models related to adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt ML and NLP algorithms on data resources in the learning and development domain
• Design and build tools utilizing Social Network Analytics (SNA) to explore patterns within groups on learning and performance outcomes
• Identify best fit NLP models to report on findings that will evaluate the assumptions and decisions around our NLP architecture
• Design and build pipelines using CI/CD for automatic training and evaluation of state-of-the-art NLP models
• Work independently and collaboratively with other teams within L&D to accomplish complex tasks
• Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in NLP and ML

Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree in data engineering, data science or a related field
• Experience with ML areas such as Natural Language Processing, Speech, Multimodal Reasoning and Retrieval, or Visual Question and Answering
• 2+ years of experience programming using Python and ML libraries
• Familiar with NLP libraries (e.g., SpaCY, NLTK) and network analysis tools (e.g., NetworkX, Gephi)

Dates: Monday, June 2nd to Friday, August 8th (10 weeks)
