Everforth ECS is seeking a NIPRNet/SIPRNet Entitlement Analyst - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Manage and validate user access and entitlement provisioning for NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments, ensuring compliance with DoD and ARNG policies.
- Review and authorize account provisioning, role assignments, and privileged access requests, adhering to least-privilege and separation-of-duties principles.
- Conduct regular access reviews and entitlement audits to detect and address unauthorized or excessive privileges.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate entitlement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with identity governance, RMF sustainment, and continuous monitoring requirements.
- Collaborate with identity services, cybersecurity, and network operations teams to maintain secure enclave access management.
- Coordinate remediation actions based on audit findings and reconciliation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in user access and entitlement provisioning within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven experience with NIPRNet and SIPRNet account provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Experience conducting entitlement audits and coordinating remediation actions.
- Familiarity with identity governance and RMF sustainment processes.
Skills Required
