Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a Narrative & Writing Undergraduate Intern to join the Global Brand Creative Team this summer. You are a teammate who is passionate about crafting narratives, ensuring creative integrity and infusing the poetry of words with marketing spin. You’ll partner with Narrative Experts to seek out an insight or truth, develop messaging and then bring that to life across an array of platforms. You will work in a hands-on and highly collaborative manner with other writer, art directors, designers and producers to create a suite of stories which demonstrate your passion for clear communication and a belief in the power of words.
What You Will Experience:
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.
With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.
You will work in the Global Brand Creative Studio, partnering with other creatives on the end-to-end creative development of sport- and athlete-centered stories from concepting and ideation to execution. You’ll bring your writing acumen and creative prowess to the creation of seasonal themes woven into an array of stories which span an array of placements. You’ll integrate athlete and product insights into narratives which convey Nike distinction through the rhythm of language. Success will look like collaboration and the willingness to try new things in partnership with in-house and agency creatives, including strategists, art directors, designers and producers.
