The Digital Trade Excellence Team is responsible for shaping the future of Nike’s Digital Ecosystem, and innovating how we connect with consumers and accelerate commerce through some of our most critical channels! This team integrates with Sport, Geo, Technology, Marketing and Platform teams to advance a comprehensive digital strategy, grounded in business trend, consumer needs, and long-term vision of growth. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Nike Digital is looking for MBA talent interested in helping shape and accelerate Nike’s digital strategy. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, digitally fluent, and energized by solving complex business challenges at the intersection of consumer behavior, commerce, and technology. They will be capable of strategic analysis and financial modeling and bring cross-functional collaboration to drive action through influence.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives that align with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap.

With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to accelerate impact.  These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.

Our goal for the Digital Growth MBA Internship is to provide an incredible and unique experience, showing what it is like to be at Nike full-time. Examples of project work may include:

  • Drive strategy and business case development for key digital growth opportunities (Social Commerce, AI Commerce, Connected Inventory, and beyond), quantifying opportunities that unlock measurable revenue growth, member engagement, and brand impact.
  • Translate strategic concepts into actionable cross-functional plans, aligning stakeholders across the Nike Matrix on priorities, dependencies, and execution pathways.
  • Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks and socialize them across Global and Geo stakeholders to scale what works and future-proof the roadmap against emerging shifts.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Background in digital commerce, consumer product or retail, product merchandising, or strategy preferred
  • 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred

  • Proven experience in strategic analysis; demonstrated ability in financial sizing and modeling
