The WFM professional services engineer has the following duties:

• Installation and configuration of NICE software solutions at customer’s site and Cloud platforms, while following defined methodology, processes, system requirements and customer specific needs.
• Resolve technical issues related to application implementation and supports trouble shooting of product functionality.
• Integrate NICE software solutions to customer’s information technologies (LDAP, SSO, ACD vendors, HR platforms).
• Perform acceptance test to ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented.
• Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the projects.
• Contribute to work plan creation and specification.

Must have a minimum of 1 years of proven experience with 2 of the 5 technical areas below or 3 years of proven experience with only 1 of the areas.

Nice Solutions: • Experience with the Installation and Integration of Nice WFM solutions into Customer Environments. • Experience with IEX/NICE Advanced Solutions – Forecasting/Scheduling, LDAP, SSO, ACD Integrations, DB migrations, Smart Sync, Disaster Recovery or HA solutions

Server Technology:

• RedHat Linux is a MUST: Configuration, navigation, and terminology. • WINDOWS SERVER is desirable • Apache. •Active Directory, Security Policies, Hardening, Encryption. • Virtual Servers - VMWare, VMotion • Authentication: LDAP, SSO. • Batch & PS scripting is desirable.

SQL technology: • Microsoft SQL server/Oracle/PostgreSQL Configuration. • Maintenance – Backups and Recovery, Security. • Scripting – Basic Queries and Updates knowledge

Networking: • Network Principles – 7 Layer OSI Model, TCP, UDP • Network Devices – NICs, Switches, Routers, MPLS • Troubleshooting – Sniffers and various other Network Testing and Analysis tools

Telephony: • Telephony Experience - PBX, Switch and ACD Vendors - Avaya, Nortel, Aspect, Siemens and Cisco • CTI Experience - Avaya AES, Nortel Symposium, Aspect Predictive Dialers, Siemens Call-Bridge, Cisco Tapi and ICM, Genesys • VoIP Experience – Avaya, Cisco, Nortel
