Summary

A Day in the Life:   

  • Main Contact (window person) with the Nissan Plants to communicate and secure the production scheduling in the short, medium (6-month forecast) and long (business plan) terms approved by NIBU top management.
  • To analyze and explain the main drivers for production allocation variations versus previous forecasts and business plan in order to secure the healthier stock levels and achieve all sales targets. Coordinates and explain the variations with Sales Field force and Production Planning teams at each plant (communication with 8 Nissan plants).
  • Shipments, transit times and inventory levels analysis. Identifies potential R&O.
  • Demand planning coordination and analysis through the proposal and consolidation of allocation volumes, shipments, sales and stocks into the carflow for each NIBU market.
  • Free Demand and Allocation mix analysis by market, model and power train basis (engine + axle + transmission).
  • Coordinates the creation, updates and consolidation of business plan and each forecast carflow for all NIBU markets (36 countries).
  • Outlook and closing information analysis (wholesale, retail sales and stocks) in comparison to the carflow and business plan.
  • Creates synergies and improves communication among Sales, Marketing, Finance and Exports through all the sales operations and planning process.
  • To prepare and adjust presentations to NIBU, regional and global executives.
  • Identifies and anticipates R&Os through all the sales planning process with focus in product availability at each market.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, International / Business administration, Marketing and/or related field.
  • English 600 Pts TOEIC
  • 1 - 3 years of related experience of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point and experience with data analysis tools
