ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Nexthink Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Nexthink platform. The role will focus on endpoint visibility, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), proactive monitoring, analytics, automation, and remediation across enterprise environments.

Skills Required
- 6-9 years of experience in IT Operations, Endpoint Management, or Nexthink Administration
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Remote Actions, Alerts, and Application Experience
- Strong proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL)
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS endpoint environments
- Troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Nexthink Administrator certification
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Experience with automation and workflow orchestration
- Knowledge of Digital Employee Experience reporting and analytics
- Exposure to Nexthink Infinity capabilities, including Workplace Experience, VDI Experience, Mobile Experience, Collaboration Experience, Flow, Adopt, AI Drive, or Experience Central
