This position is on our Controls Hardware team based in Milwaukee, WI. Over 14–18 months, you’ll rotate through 3–4 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

Work on real projects that make a measurable impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges

Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting

What You Bring
We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
Valid passport for international travel
