Mercy Audiology is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Hearing Technician to join our growing team in O'Fallon, Missouri. This position plays a vital role in supporting audiology services and newborn hearing screening programs while creating an exceptional experience for patients and families.

As a Hearing Technician, you will support both clinical and administrative functions within our Audiology department, including:
- Perform newborn hearing screenings utilizing OAE and ABR testing methods
- Obtain and document appropriate patient and family history information
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient check-in, registration, scheduling, and front desk workflows
- Support hearing aid services, including non-billable hearing aid maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with audiologists, nursery staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Follow all safety, infection prevention, confidentiality, and patient rights policies
- Adapt schedules and workflows to meet patient volume and operational needs
- Learn and implement new audiology technologies and equipment as they become available
