What you will do
The New Program Implementation (NPI) Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new programs. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure successful product launches, maintain project schedules, and ensure that new products meet customer and company requirements. You will coordinate all factory witness test activities. This role reports into Operations and partners with Accounts & Programs, Engineering, Procurement, Quality & Operations to successfully introduce new product as part of the company’s go to market (GTM) strategy.
How you will do it

Facilitate the launch of new data center products and services, inclusive of all project activities.

Handover the program to Accounts & Programs after FOK activities are complete.

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Planning departments.

Ensure that product schedules are followed during development and implementation.
-
Conduct regular meetings with suppliers and manufacturers to improve product quality and meet company expectations.

Assist in cost estimates and budgets for NPI projects.

Evaluate customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to products.

Maintain a deep understanding of data center infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Oversee the implementation of new products and enhancements, considering logistics, distribution, and customer readiness

Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and communicate project progress and updates

Adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business needs

Ensure all process and implementation documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve performance.

Promote and enforce a culture of safety and well-being for all employees.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project goals.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing operations

Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
