Position Summary

In this role you will be member of a team specialized in handling the details of change requests. You will work in a team with daily communication between different factory departments.

Reporting to Vendor Planner Leader and to the Production Control & Logistics Director, you will:

Your Role

• Ensure effective change management by checking and approving Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.

• Act as the go-to expert for coordinating raw material changes with key stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, SCM & Suppliers).

• Manage data transfers in SAP via JIRA and verify master data accuracy.

• Communicate changes effectively to ensure alignment across departments (Engineering, Finance, Production Control, and more).

• Minimize waste and optimize efficiency by preventing excess and obsolete inventory (E&O).

• Participate in strategic decision-making through Change Implementation Boards."

Your Background

• Degree in International Relations, Management, Economics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Logistics;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Knowledge of logistics processes;
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficient with MOffice tools;
• Experience in a similar role valuable.
