We are looking for a dynamic person with a technical mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate with various technical resources and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will closely work with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities- Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
- Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
- Provide problem-resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
- Participate in Dry-Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
- Installation of servers and Nokia optics applications
- Upgrade to new release Nokia Optics Applications
- Manage Inter-working with Customer OSS via Rest-API
You have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or in a similar field
- Contact with Linux
- Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian (level: B1 or above)
It would be nice if you also had:
- Programming in Python
- Knowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
- Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc.
