New Product Introduction Coordinator

What You’ll Do

The New Products Introduction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily operations across manufacturing functions for New Product Launch activities.

• Coordinate communication between operators, supervisors, and team leaders between cross-functional areas of the factory.

• Communicate daily actions and expectations across manufacturing operations from materials handling to logistics.

• Manage the NPI team status trackers to provide updates on critical new products and submit daily reports to various stakeholders.

• Report on issues obstructing factory execution and support in problem-solving and resolution.

• Serve as the primary interface between the manufacturing operations leadership and NPI program managers.

• Provide support by executing Factory operations such as Product hardware repair, shop floor control execution and packaging and material transfer as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• High School diploma (AA degree preferred) and 1 - 2 years’ experience in operations coordination in a manufacturing environment

• Experience of working on time-constrained projects with high demand and delivering on time.

• Experience with supporting or executing continuous improvement projects or activities.

• Experience and ability to develop and manage trackers with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) or equivalent.

• Experience and ability to work with Atlassian Products (JIRA and Confluence)

ZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $$39,520 and $49,950 per year. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
