Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and experienced Wellness & Programming Manager to design and lead our property’s holistic lifestyle, wellness, and cultural experiences. This role is key to creating meaningful guest connections through thoughtfully curated programs that blend physical, mental, and emotional well-being with a sense of place. You will partner with internal teams and external practitioners to deliver immersive, innovative, and authentic experiences that reflect our brand values and resonate with our guests.
What you’ll do
Design and oversee the wellness, cultural, and lifestyle programming calendar for the property, ensuring variety, relevance, and alignment with brand identity.
Curate and manage relationships with external practitioners, facilitators, and partners to deliver diverse offerings (e.g., yoga, meditation, fitness, art, music, sustainability workshops).
Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, and Marketing teams to integrate wellness and programming into the overall guest journey.
Ensure all experiences are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback, participation levels, and program effectiveness to refine and enhance offerings.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining program quality.
Stay up to date on industry trends and bring innovative ideas that set the property apart as a wellness destination.
Train and inspire on-property teams to embody and communicate the wellness ethos in their interactions.
Support special events, retreats, and brand activations aligned with wellness and cultural programming.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wellness, lifestyle, or cultural programming within luxury hospitality or resorts.
Strong network of wellness and cultural practitioners, with proven ability to curate engaging guest experiences.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a guest-centric mindset.
Creativity, adaptability, and an eye for detail.
Fluency in English; Russian & Arabic is an advantage.
