Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift. As the highest-ranking leader on duty, you will ensure the smooth running of all departments, safeguard guest satisfaction, and maintain security and safety standards throughout the night. This role requires a confident decision-maker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills who can represent the property with professionalism at all times.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise and coordinate all overnight hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.

  • Act as the property’s senior representative during the night, handling guest concerns, special requests, and emergencies with professionalism.

  • Monitor room availability, rate controls, and reservations in coordination with the Front Office and Revenue teams.

  • Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in daily financial reports and system reconciliations.

  • Maintain safety and security by conducting property rounds, monitoring systems, and addressing incidents as required.

  • Support and guide overnight staff, fostering teamwork and service excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the property.

  • Liaise with morning management teams to communicate key overnight updates, incidents, or guest feedback.

  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized touches and thoughtful service, even during late hours.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Front Office or Rooms Division, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Solid knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, night audit procedures).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
