Essential Responsibilities
Represent Avio Aero in the Propulsion System Programme Schedule Working Group
When necessary, communicate with Customer working-level interfaces on consortium matters, upon agreement with partners
Ensure that information is reliably shared back within the represented group
Support specific meetings with final end user, as needed
Communicate with other Propulsion System working groups on consortium matters, upon agreement with working group partners
Ensure that information is reliably shared within the represented group
Report to Avio Aero management on Propulsion System Integrated Schedule Working Group progress and escalate issues to support timely resolution
Provide timely Avio Aero inputs to the Propulsion System Integrated Working Group in strict coordination with relevant Avio Aero internal stakeholders
Take responsibility, as an Avio Aero member, for Propulsion System Integrated Working Group outcomes and deliverables
Support preparation of Executive Leadership Forum discussions by developing relevant materials
Support preparation of key milestones and reports for the Integrated Schedule Working Group
Support the Avio Aero programme Weekly Operating Rhythm (WOR) and Monthly Operating Rhythm (MOR)
Own Avio Aero Gantt project scheduling in coordination with Avio Aero programme managers and all relevant stakeholders
Support activities of other working groups relevant to the PMO Leader Deputy, in coordination with Avio Aero working group representatives
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
Previous solid experience in project management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools
Good knowledge of the aerospace industry and understanding of the defense environment
Effective communication skills, with the ability to highlight critical issues at the appropriate level and with a sense of urgency
Solid risk management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in and influence a cross-functional team in a matrix organization
Ability to document, plan, and execute established projects, with strong management skills
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including top management
Availability to relocate to the UK
Availability to travel as needed to support the business
Italian citizenship
Fluent written and spoken English
Eligibility to obtain security clearance from the Italian National Security Authority

Salary range for this role: 56.625,00 - 75.500,00 + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
