Overview
Stelic is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to serve as the lead scheduler supporting a general contractor and owner team on a complex, GMP-regulated capital construction program. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated CPM schedule from mobilization through construction and closeout, providing the project team with a disciplined, defensible source of truth for schedule health, critical path status, and risk.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical scheduling skills with clear, executive-ready reporting and the judgment to flag emerging issues before they become delays.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for a complex life sciences facility.
• Build detailed WBS, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties aligned with design, construction, and CQV workflows.
• Manage weekly schedule updates through coordination with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams.
• Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations through regular coordination with the project team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risks, and recommended actions.
• Support scenario modeling, schedule risk reviews, and recovery planning.
• Maintain baseline schedules, track variances, and apply structured change management.
• Integrate long-lead equipment, procurement milestones, FAT/SAT timelines, and turnover packages.
• Ensure alignment between construction, MEP system handover, and CQV sequencing.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, narratives, and audit-ready records.
Requirements
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital or life sciences projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting projects with heavy MEP, process systems, and commissioning requirements.
• Clear understanding of CQV workflows, system handover, and startup logic.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule issues for leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
